About Me

Hi, I'm Dylyn Sanchez- Arquiza, a Scale-Up Coach, a Wealth Management practitioner and a licensed real estate broker. I help people build and grow their net worth.

I work closely with people to grow their wealth and become financially stable. I do this by helping them determine the most viable savings and investment options in order to meet financial goals. Furthermore I also provide opportunities for people to grow and develop their Sales Management careers to earn over 6-figure income in the Financial Services Industry.

I've been in the Financial Services Industry for over 2 decades. I rose from the ranks with diverse experience in training, sales, recruitment and agency development.

I'm currently with the sales agency management as a Region Head.

As part of Manulife's sales agency management team, I'm passionate about developing, mentoring and coaching my team to have the right mindset, habits, discipline, behaviour & skills necessary to succeed. I am equally passionate about providing diverse career paths on sales & people management. Thus paving the way not just for financially stability but the creation of generational wealth of our sales agency's families..

To me, the COVID endemic amplified the significant value of my business & career's relevance. I witnessed how our product's diverse features & services positively impacted people's lives, especially in coping with the financial challenges of these times. I personally experienced how my passive income from my various sales teams provided the much needed financial leverage to cushion the inegative impact brought about by the endemic.

Moreover I want people to have the financial freedom to tick off their life bucket lists (like travel, aspirational purchases, dream home & dream car etc) and actualize their life-long dreams. In other words, live their lives to the fullest. Because life is short and unpredictable. We only live once, so we have to make every minute count.
